We're excited to announce that the LAB Ventures PropTech Fund has invested in the Series A financing of Tour24. Built by multifamily innovators, Tour24 offers a unique platform to allow property managers to great immersive, self-guided audiovisual apartment tours. Tour24’s platform is fully integrated with all the leading Property Management Systems (including RealPage, Yardi, and Entrata) and access control systems (including Stratus, LAtch and ButterflyMX), allowing managers to verify identities and offer tours 24/7 without the need of a leasing agent. The company is focused on delivering more traffic, more tours, and ultimately more leases.
Launched in 2020, Tour24 is the preferred self-guided tour provider for many of the nation’s largest multifamily operators. Led and founded by Georgianna Oliver, a repeat entrepreneur with two significant prior exits in Multi-family PropTech. LAB Ventures’ CEO Tigre Wenrich said, “Georgianna is incredibly well connected in the multi-family world and has been able to quickly generate sales traction in a notoriously difficult market to penetrate.”
Tour24 is already serving over 111,000 units managed by some of the country’s leading rental operators. The $5.6M Series A was led by Middleburg Communities with the support of LAB Ventures and other strategic investors.
LAB Ventures works strategically with early stage PropTech startups and investors from the Real Estate and Construction industries providing them access to capital, corporate development, customers, innovation and outsized returns through venture capital investments.
