LAB Ventures is hosting the second edition of the Future of Real Estate Tech Summit Miami bringing together 350 leading investors, start-ups developing disruptive technologies, and established real estate and construction companies. Thanks to our curated audience connections made at this summit have lead to investment rounds, partnerships and pilot programs.

We are entering into a new phase of real estate technology where companies are starting to leverage virtual reality to create smarter spaces, machine learning to standardize and insights from industry data to more efficiently manage transaction services

Startup Pitch Competition

Win the chance to pitch your company at the Future of Real Estate Tech Summit in front of over 300 industry leaders. Our annual summit features some of the most successful startups, investors and corporate executives in the real estate and construction industry.

The top 10 finalists will be invited to pitch in-person at Future of Real Estate Tech Summit during the Startup Pitch Session portion of the day. Finalists will also receive 2 free tickets to attend the summit and will be invited to participate in 1-on-1 meetings with investors and executives from Building Ventures, JLL Spark, Moderne Ventures, Northwest Ventures, Suffolk and more!

* Amadeus is working with 50% of the startups they met with at the Future of Travel Tech Summit 2018.
* Future of Real Estate Tech Summit 2018 winner, Gridics, is collaborating with Zillow, CRETech, and DreamIt Ventures.
